Adult-Use Retail License Application Submission

The application window for Adult-Use Cannabis Retail License submissions has closed. No new applications may be initiated, and in-progress applications may no longer be submitted.

Applicants may view the status of their application by selecting “My Applications” within the State of Rhode Island’s Cannabis Licensing Portal.

Please note, Commission staff is currently reviewing all adult-use retail license applications. No applications have been approved at this time.
